Our guidelines for buying vinyl LPs
Not all Beatles & Elvis albums are worth $1,000. Sorry – we realllly wish they were! But, they sold MILLIONS of records and there's a lot of them floating around. If you have a bunch of nice condition rock n' roll, reggae, vintage R&B and soul, jazz, blues, punk/new wave, indie, hip hop, modern composer/avant garde, old-school country & folk music from all over the world, by all means let us know by filling out the form on this page or calling us at 317-283-5862.
Most comedy, classical, show tunes, easy listening, and 40’s-60’s crooners’ LPs are a tough sell. Condition is important. Records need to have covers and be in "very good" or "like new" condition. Mild wear is usually okay. Feel free to contact us first if you’re unsure!
What do you pay for records?
Not every collection or buy is the same; so we can confidently say that we typically pay between $1-$5, per record (in its original sleeve, not completely scratched up, etc.) for most "common" titles. We also have the resources to pay for large collections and for records that are considered "unusual," "rare," or "hardly seen."
Do you make house calls?
Yes we do! For big collections (400+ pieces). Please fill out the form or call to set up an appointment: 317-283-5862. Adequate lighting and organization are very much appreciated/expected!
On house calls, we do not bring cash – company checks only. Prices are based on current demand, availability, and condition. Our experienced staff will give you the best deal possible.
